Due to limited availability any appointment that is part of a block booking cancelled or rescheduled less than 72hrs from the agreed appointment time will incur a charge equivalent to a full session cost (minus any additional expenses). Any 1:1 training purchased needs to be used within 1 year of purchase – after which time the order is considered completed.
